Do You Accept Returns/Exchanges?

We totes want you to be happy. Please contact us through either our contact page or hello@totesforchange.com within 30-days of your date of purchase and we’ll try to make it right.

So How Are These Totes Made?

We’re believers in radical transparency, so here’s the scoop: Our raw product is sourced from the brand Econscious and is made of 100% OCS and GOTS certified organic cotton and is 100% PETA Approved Vegan. It is manufactured in a SEDEX SMETA audited factory in Vietnam. Here is more information on the factory in which the raw product is created. The dropshipping and printing company we use, Printful, then obtains the Econscious bags from the factory in Vietnam, does the printing with the design I’ve created on demand to reduce waste in its US facility, and ships your order directly out to you.

How Are The Totes Packaged and Shipped?

Every tote is printed on demand to reduce waste. The ship time on our product to the continental US is currently running around 5-7 business days after your order. We appreciate your patience to help maintain our print on demand model!

Once your order is created it is then packaged in the biodegradable poly mailers you see on this page, along with a packing slip, to be shipped out to you. Please note that if you order multiple totes in one order the totes will be separated by individual clear bags that are at least 30% post-consumer recycled plastic in order to maintain the integrity of the product and printing during shipment. Unfortunately, the warehouse does not currently allow biodegradable options for these inner bags for multiple products in one order at this time.

Currently we donate $1 per tote bag sale to the following 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations aggregated on an annual basis. These were chosen based on their outstanding rating on Charity Navigator and being related to the theme of the tote bag that is raising money for them.
